Answer Machine
If we are with clients, on the telephone or out of the office when you call, you will go through to our answer machine. It is important that we speak to you personally, when we can give your call the time and attention it deserves. So please do leave your name, number and a brief message so that we can get back to you as soon as we are free. If it helps, please indicate times when it is most convenient to call you back, so that you can talk confidentially. We will always try to return your call the same day whenever possible.
Free Initial Consultation
The ‘Free Initial Consultation’ gives us the chance to discuss your problems and goals in confidence, and decide whether we can work together to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
All ‘Free Initial Consultations’ are totally non-obligatory and last anything from 10 minutes up to 45 minutes.
Working Online
Sessions can either take place in the traditional face to face manner at our office in Chelmsford, Essex in the United Kingdom or online via Zoom. Fortunately, due to advancements in modern technology, now we can easily work with clients who are based further afield in the United Kingdom or overseas. We can conduct the ‘Free Initial Consultation’ either by telephone or Zoom and any future therapy sessions online via Zoom for your comfort and convenience.
A reliable internet connection is required along with a good quality webcam, microphone and speaker facilities. (Please note, a headset with a microphone is the best option here). If you are interested in working with us online, please contact us for further information.
Office Information
Our office is located just outside of Chelmsford Town Centre in Essex, only 30 minutes from ‘London Liverpool Street’ mainline railway station. It is also well connected by road (A12, M25 and A130), making it easily accessible from most areas by car.
Parking
Free parking is available in Chuzzlewit Drive. However, as spaces in the road are limited, we also advise clients to park in Nickleby Road. There are plenty of spaces to the left and right of the entrance to Chuzzlewit Drive (either side of the yellow lines), and our office is less than one minute’s walk away.
Arriving For Your Appointment
Clients are kindly advised to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment time, as unfortunately there are no waiting room facilities. Please also bear in mind that we may still be working with another client.
Occasionally sessions over-run, and like any good Therapist we may need to give a little extra time. Should you find you are waiting slightly longer to start your appointment, please rest assured we know you are waiting, and will be with you as soon possible. Your kind consideration and patience are greatly appreciated.
Office and Facilities
Toilet facilities are available at our quiet, luxurious, private office for your comfort and convenience.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on our premises, and clients who wish to smoke are requested to do so away from our office.
