Let me help you leave any failed attempts firmly in the past because if you genuinely want to quit smoking, Hypnotherapy could help you start enjoying the benefits that being a natural non-smoker brings right now:

You just have to genuinely want to stop smoking. No willpower is required!
With the ever increasing cost of cigarettes, this one-off session fee will soon have you reaping the financial rewards of becoming a non-smoker!

Please call me so that I can run through some questions with you to assess whether I feel I could help you. During this brief informal chat, I will tell you a bit more about the session and confirm the exact cost of the therapy. I will also let you know if I am currently running any special offers for the Quit Smoking Programme.

Then they are extremely lucky to have you because you have just found exactly what every smoker secretly dreams about.
The easiest way to quit smoking with the 'Easy Quit Smoking Programme' by Hypnosense.
But remember, be subtle, and don't nag, otherwise those defence barriers will go up, and the blinkers will switch on!
Remember: Quitting smoking with this programme is easy but the smoker must always make the decision to quit himself, and really want to, otherwise it won't work!

Hypnotherapy reprogrammes the subconscious part of the mind, so you should not experience the typical feelings of stress, anxiety, anger and regret commonly associated with other types of treatment.
Your mind will be focused on the unique benefits that becoming a natural non-smoker are bringing you. You will feel totally free and in control of your life, as well as happy and proud that you have finally managed to quit the habit and achieve your goals.

Some people can feel slightly out of sorts for the first day or so but this is absolutely normal, and there really isn't anything to worry about this feeling will soon pass. In fact, when you think about it, it is quite understandable considering this habit has controlled you, and been such a part of your life for so long. It is bound to feel a little strange at first, and remember your body is detoxifying itself during the first 48-72 hours. Having said that, most people don't experience any physical withdrawal symptoms.
The 'Easy Quit Smoking Programme' is very effective, and there really is no reason why anyone should fail to quit smoking permanently provided they really want to, and are prepared to put in a bit of work in the beginning to beat the 'psychological addiction' and achieve their goal.
Hypnotherapy will make sure that your subconscious mind does not replace smoking with any other damaging habit including overeating. It will be absolutely convinced that there is no need to replace smoking because it was never necessary in the first place.
You can be part of the 'in-crowd' again. This may have been the main reason why you started smoking in the first place but the situation has completely reversed nowadays and it is far more common and fashionable to be amongst other happy non-smokers!
So come on all you smokers out there, be smart and decide to quit smoking with Hypnotherapy! You too can become a happy non-smoker for life!
Well it is true! In fact, an article was published back in 1992, in the 'New Scientist' magazine, categorically stating that for the vast majority of people 'hypnosis really is the most effective way to quit'.
(New Scientist: 1992 - Volume 136, Issue 1845, Page 6)
A frequent comment is that there just simply isn't the urge to smoke after this 'Quit Smoking Hypnosis Session'.
As an ex-smoker myself, I understand just how annoying it is to constantly be reminded about the dangers of smoking, and why you should give up. Smokers are blinkered to all that stuff, and simply switch off as soon as someone starts going on at them. If anything, they just go and light up another cigarette, out of sheer spite! Think about it, if this wasn't the case then why would anybody want to continue to smoke! These days, almost everybody knows it makes sense to quit the habit.
Mainly for 'fear of the unknown'. Smokers believe that it is going to be too difficult or in some cases, impossible to quit! Smoking can be like an emotional crutch for some people, they just don't believe that they could ever live without it, especially if they have been smoking nearly all their lives!
Smokers will always have a supposedly good reason for not quitting the habit. All these reasons are just a smoker's way of saying: "I'm too scared to try!"
They are often fuelled by lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem and a genuine belief that it really is too hard to quit...
... and let's not forget the medical profession and media who also add to this misconception that it really is difficult to quit. The Medical Experts even advise smokers to just cut down if they can't stop completely! Smokers don't need much convincing not to give it a go, especially when the information comes from these very influential sources!
It is all baloney! There is no great clinical addiction to nicotine, most of it is all in the mind. Like anything we do on a regular basis, the more we do it, the more it becomes a habit, just a way of life, and the more our minds believe we simply can't live without it.
This is why Hypnotherapy is so effective in helping smokers to quit because it reprogrammes the subconscious mind - the part that really controls us. The part that influences how we think, feel and react because we are programmed to function and behave in a certain way.
You will probably be very surprised to discover that the actual physical addiction to nicotine only lasts for a very short period of time. All traces of nicotine are out of a smoker's body within just 48-72 hours. So there really is no need for all those other costly gimmicks like nicotine tablets, patches, gum etc. Why put the nicotine drug back into your body? It is pointless!
Furthermore, initial research carried out by the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Minnesota, USA (in August 2007) indicates that Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) may, for those already in poor health, be unsafe, especially for those with heart problems.
It should be borne in mind that this preliminary research was carried out on patients in Intensive Care Units throughout the USA, and not on healthy individuals. However, the results are disturbing. It would appear that smokers placed in Intensive Care actually fare much better if they endure any initial withdrawal symptoms than those who are provided with patches to relieve the possible symptoms.
Whilst this research was carried out specifically to determine whether NRT caused an increased risk of death amongst patients, the implications are worrying, and further research into their effects on healthier individuals is called for.
