What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a powerful therapeutic model used to help people get the best out of their life so they can be truly successful. It can help you to achieve a specific goal, overcome a problem or difficulty that is holding you back or simply help you work out your next step on the path of life.
Individual and Group Life Coaching
Our Life Coaching packages can be tailored to the individual on a one to one basis or to a specific group of people. It is an excellent way to help people manage stress, encourage teamwork and resolve problems and difficulties within the corporate business world or any other group environment for that matter.
Duration of Life Coaching
This very much depends on the individual, their personality type and what they are seeking to achieve from the Life Coaching process. In some cases a few sessions may be all that is needed, whereas in others a longer term approach with regular, ongoing support is required.
Length of Sessions
Typically Life Coaching sessions are based on a 50 minute hour and are held on a weekly basis unless agreed otherwise. If we feel that it will be beneficial to work differently we will let you know.
