Whilst I must be totally honest, and say that Clinical Hypnotherapy is not necessarily a 'one size fits all' type of therapy... just like all other modern Alternative and Complementary Therapies. Over the years, it has helped literally millions of people all around the world to overcome their emotional and psychological difficulties - so there is an excellent chance that it could help you, your children, friends and family. In fact, there is no reason why you shouldn’t be successful and overcome your problems providing you genuinely want to change and are truly committed and motivated to achieving your goals!
With the stresses and strains of modern day life forever challenging us, it is no wonder that more and more people are turning to Hypnotherapy for help! It is a totally safe and natural, drug-free therapy which can produce fast and effective results with many symptoms and problems.

Hypnotherapy can also help with many physiological illnesses where emotional and psychological elements are contributing factors. Some of these include:
It can usually help to reduce some of the negative side-effects that so frequently accompany these and many other physical complaints and illnesses such as stress and anxiety. Helping people to feel calmer and more positive in turn helps to boost their confidence and self-esteem.

IMPORTANT: Please note that each client's therapy is a unique and personal experience, therefore the effects and results may differ from client to client. Like most other therapies, Hypnotherapy cannot promise anyone a 100% guarantee of a cure.

In fact, in 1955 the British Medical Association accepted Hypnotherapy as an extremely valuable method of treatment, and has been making use of it to help people with many illnesses ever since. There probably is no better way to reduce stress and anxiety permanently, and remember, whatever your problem, these are always contributing factors.
Back in 2001, the government recognised that ‘Complementary and Alternative Medicine’ does have a part to play within the National Health Service (NHS) but to do so it must meet the same standards and criteria as other NHS treatments and therapies. As a result, all the major organisations within the Hypnotherapy profession are working together to achieve voluntary self-regulation, so that NHS patients can be referred onto professionally qualified Clinical Hypnotherapists for therapy in the future. At present, this is something that clients need to arrange and pay for privately.
