Free Initial Consultation

The Free Initial Consultation gives us the chance to meet each other, discuss your problems in confidence, and decide whether we can work together to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.

All Free Initial Consultations are totally non-obligatory, and can last anything from ten minutes up to half an hour. So why not come along, and find out if Hypnotherapy is the way forward for you. You've got nothing to lose, and everything to gain!

Arriving for your Appointment

Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, as unfortunately there are no waiting room facilities.

All clients are kindly requested to wait until their appointment time before ringing the doorbell. Please also bear in mind that I may still be working with another client. Occasionally sessions may over-run, and like any good Therapist, I may need to give a little extra time. Should you find you are waiting slightly longer to start your appointment, please rest assured I know you are waiting, and will be with you as soon possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Answer Machine

If I am with a client, on the telephone or out of the office when you call, you will go through to my answer machine. It is important that we speak personally, when I can give your call the time and attention it deserves. So please do leave your name, number and a brief message so that I can get back to you as soon as I am available. If it helps, please indicate times when it is most convenient to call you back, so that you can talk confidentially. I will always try to return your call the same day whenever possible.

Planning your Journey

Hypnotherapy Practice Location (Map)

My practice is only ten minutes by Bus or Taxi from Chelmsford Railway Station.

• By bus, take Bus Number 56 and get off at the first stop in Nickleby Road.

You will only be a few minutes walk away. This bus runs every 15 to 20 minutes from Chelmsford Station, and the drivers are usually helpful if you do need assistance.
