Free Initial Consultation

The Free Initial Consultation gives us the chance to meet each other, discuss your problems in confidence, and decide whether we can work together to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.

All Free Initial Consultations are totally non-obligatory, and can last anything from ten minutes up to half an hour. So why not come along, and find out if therapy is the way forward for you. You've got nothing to lose, and everything to gain!

Answer Machine

If I am with a client, on the telephone or out of the office when you call, you will go through to my answer machine. It is important that we speak personally, when I can give your call the time and attention it deserves. So please do leave your name, number and a brief message so that I can get back to you as soon as I am free. If it helps, please indicate times when it is most convenient to call you back, so that you can talk confidentially. I will always try to return your call the same day whenever possible.

Practice Information

All therapy sessions are held at my practice which is located just outside of Chelmsford Town Centre in Essex. This self-contained, luxurious office suite has its own private entrance and waiting room area with access to toilet facilities for your comfort and convenience.

Waiting Room and Facilities

Clients are welcome to arrive early and use the waiting room and toilet facilities should they wish. However please note that therapy sessions will still be held at the scheduled appointment time.

Clients are kindly requested to wait quietly when they arrive, bearing in mind that I may still be working with another client. Occasionally sessions may over-run, and like any good Therapist, I may need to give a little extra time. Should you find you are waiting slightly longer to start your appointment, please rest assured I know you are waiting, and will be with you as soon possible. Your kind consideration, co-operation and patience are greatly appreciated.

Smoking

The practice is a non-smoking area, and clients wishing to smoke are requested to do so outside.

Parking

Clients are welcome to park anywhere on The Waterhouse Business Centre site when they arrive. Parking permits do not need to be displayed unless visitors intend to stay for much longer than one hour. Some businesses request that people do not park in front of their entrances simply because they receive regular deliveries, please be respectful of these signs.

Cafe

There is a Cafe on The Waterhouse Business Centre site called ‘TeaGees’ which is just on the left as you go through the main entrance gates. The Cafe serves refreshments, snacks and light meals between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday, and also has a pleasant seating area outside where customers can sit when the weather is nice. All clients are welcome to use the Cafe and its facilities if they wish.

Directions to Suite 216, Waterhouse Business Centre

Clients driving from Chelmsford Town Centre should stay in the left hand lane on ‘Parkway’ as they drive through the viaduct arches, and turn left at the second set of traffic lights into ‘Rainsford Lane’ which becomes ‘Waterhouse Lane’. The sign-post at these traffic lights says:

• A12 (London)
• A1016 (Brentwood / Widford / Writtle)

Once on ‘Rainsford Lane’ which becomes ‘Waterhouse Lane’, go past the Fire Station on the left, past the Texaco Petrol Station on the right, and turn left at the traffic lights beside Homebase and SEH BAC Windows Doors & Conservatories into ‘Cromar Way’. You will see the sign for ‘The Waterhouse Business Centre’ at these traffic lights.

Go straight on, past the car park for Homebase and SEH BAC Windows Doors & Conservatories which will be on the left, and after a few seconds you will see some gates on the right leading into ‘The Waterhouse Business Centre’. As you go through the main entrance gates, take the second turning on the left and ‘Suite 216’ is about half way down on the left.

Hypnotherapy Practice Location (Map)

My practice is approximately ten minutes by Bus or Taxi from Chelmsford Bus / Railway Station.

• By Bus

Go to 'Stand Number 9', opposite the Co-Op in Duke Street, just by the Bus Station.

Take ‘Bus Number 45’ and get off at the first stop in Beeches Road which is just off of Waterhouse Lane. You will only be about ten minutes walk away from Suite 216 at The Waterhouse Business Centre from here.

From the Bus Stop walk back to the entrance of Beeches Road and turn right back onto Waterhouse Lane. Walk up to the traffic lights which are just by the Texaco Petrol Station. Cross over the road here and walk up towards Homebase and SEH BAC Windows Doors and Conservatories on the left. You will see another set of traffic lights in front of you. Turn left at these traffic lights into Cromar Way. Walk straight on, past the car park for Homebase and SEH BAC Windows Doors & Conservatories which will be on the left, and after a few minutes you will see some gates on the right leading into The Waterhouse Business Centre. As you go through the main entrance gates, take the second turning on the left and Suite 216 is about half way down on the left.

This Bus runs every 15 to 20 minutes from Chelmsford Bus / Railway Station, and the drivers are usually helpful if you do need assistance.
